Dawson has over 25 years' of experience in international and U.S. public policy.
Dawson is skilled at government relations, policy analysis, domestic and international affairs, nuclear and renewable energy policy, transportation, public housing, and corporate communications.
Dawson has given back to the community through serving on many nonprofit boards, including The Children's Project International, Maryland Rural Development Corporation, and Rural Maryland Council.
